Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. If your delivery pincode is not serviceable, our customer support team will get in touch with you to provide alternatives.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on your location, courier partner, and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and will be communicated in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, and order weight/size. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you confirm your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email or SMS. You can also track your order directly through our website under “My Orders.”
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please stay tuned for future updates as we expand.
7. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
In the rare event of a package being delayed, lost in transit, or delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected/actual delivery date with your order ID and details. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, unavailability at the time of delivery, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges may apply.
