Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to the following products: Vitamin C Kit, Baby Kit, and selective future products as specified on the website. This policy is not applicable to soaps, toothpaste, or other general skincare and wellness products sold by WON Ayurveda.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Only products purchased directly from the official WON Ayurveda website or authoriSed sellers are eligible.
1.2. Products must be defective, damaged during delivery, or received in error to qualify for a return.
1.3. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories and proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
2.1. Customers must contact WON Ayurveda customer support within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
2.2. Returns will be processed only after verification of product eligibility.
2.3. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to WON Ayurveda unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
3.2. The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned product.
3.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
4. Replacement
4.1. If a product is found to be defective or damaged, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund.
4.2. Replacement products will be shipped free of charge after verification.
